Lambrusco Salamino di Santa Croce

A delicate bouquet of red fruits and roses

Lambrusco Salamino Intense ruby red, with notes of raspberry, cherry and blackberry and a delicate hint of roses. To the palate it’s fresh and grapey, with a light salty vein: a pleasant and likeable wine. This Lambrusco goes well with every course due to its medium structure. Produced primarily in the province of Modena where the soils are rich and fertile. Here the land has been formed over the centuries by layers of sediment caused by the many rivers and streams that run from south to north across the Modena plain, resulting in sand, limestone and clay soils.
