Cantina di Santa Croce was founded in 1907. Its strong identity was built around the local grape that gives its name to Lambrusco Salamino of S. Croce. Today the winery works 180,000 quintals of grapes every year. 80% of the grapes conferred come from PDO and IGT vineyards. The grapes cultivated are mainly Lambrusco Salamino, Sorbara, Grasparossa and Pignoletto. The winery represents an important production reality: a modern structure with advanced technologies that manages to combine innovation and tradition to face future challenges.
