Cantina Divinja works only with natural products and selected yeasts. As it used to be, most of the wines are made from must, a technique not so much used because of the high costs but which elevates the quality. They bottle their wine only once stocks are finished so as to be sure of the freshness of the product. Their red wines are vinified in purity obtaining mentions on the renowned Gambero Rosso guide.
