Cantina Puianello e Coviolo

In 1938, five men founded Cantina Puianello which was joined by other families inspired by shared values such as the desire to enhance the hilly territory and its native vines: the Spergola and the Lambrusco DOC. The statute establishes that only the grapes conferred by the partners are used in the processing of wine. To the care of the vineyards, on the slopes of Reggio Emilia, which go from Scandiano to Canossa, are added today modern methods of winemaking and a lot of passion.
