The history of Cavicchioli starts in 1928, when Umberto Cavicchioli decided to produce wine. Since then, experience and passion have been handed down over the years to make the Cavicchioli brand a solid and well-known point in the world of Lambrusco Modenese. The production takes place in the original branch of Sorbara in San Prospero, where the enologist Sandro Cavicchioli, son of the founder, vinifies the grapes of Lambrusco of Sorbara, Malbo Gentile, Ancellotta and Pignoletto, from the 90 hectares owned by the family, in addition to those conferred by local winemakers.
