Villa di Corlo

The residence Villa di Corlo dates back to the end of the 17th century and covers a land of about 100 hectares. The winemaking adventure of Antonietta Munari together with her husband, started in 1996 with the inheritance of some vineyards of Grasparossa. The first vinification dates back to 1998, with a production of Grasparossa of Castelvetro in purity, which remains, even today, the best-selling Lambrusco. Since then the winery has continued its work insisting on quality, research and packaging. From zero to 110 thousand bottles a year, focusing on the skills of employees and technological investments: for example, the photovoltaic system provides the energy needed all year round to ensure the technology of cold vinification, which maintains the sweetness of the musts and thus consolidates the quality of Lambrusco over time. But also the computerized autoclave group that allows remote control and automation of vinification operations.
